I wasn't initially supposed to lead Sunday School tomorrow, yet here I am, diligently preparing my lesson. This will be my final Sunday School session for 2024, and it feels quite significant. As I reflect on the journey that has brought me to this moment, I realize that when this year first began, I never envisioned myself stepping into the role of a Sunday School teacher. However, it seems that God had other plans in mind for me.

To be honest, I also never pictured myself as a Bible study leader. Yet, once again, God clearly had His own intentions for my path. Embracing my faith and allowing God to reveal my purpose has been one of the most transformative decisions I’ve made this year. Life has certainly thrown its challenges my way—there have been ups and downs—but despite everything, I have seen God at work in my life, guiding me and providing strength. For that, I am deeply grateful. It is incredible how God can take unexpected turns and lead us to places we never thought we would go. As I prepare for this lesson, I am filled with a sense of purpose and anticipation for what lies ahead.

My Reflection

This year has been a remarkable journey of personal growth for me, and I truly cherish the changes I've experienced. At the start of the year, I made a conscious decision to embrace the word INTENTIONAL as my guiding principle. I wanted to be deliberate in every aspect of my life, from my daily habits to my relationships.

What I didn’t anticipate was how that single word would evolve and branch out into so many other areas of my life, leading me to a place of transformation and self-discovery. Each step along the way, I've found that being intentional helped me navigate challenges and celebrate victories with a newfound clarity and purpose.

I've learned to trust in God’s guidance, and when you genuinely open your heart to that, it’s amazing how He will take you on an extraordinary journey. I’ve felt a stronger sense of direction, and each experience has been a testament to the power of faith and trust. This year has truly been about growth and blossoming into a version of myself that I never dreamed possible but am truly proud of.
